Need virtual assistant having some general computer related knowledge and shall perform following task:
1.Email handling - Remain alert regarding new email from customer, read them and revert.
2. Help in software installation ( extremely easy for person even having little knowledge of computer) for customers (2 or 3 expected daily) through Any desk, Team viewer
