VA answering emails

As a business owner, I receive a limited number of emails per day and I am looking for a reliable virtual assistant (VA) to help me respond to them. The VA should be able to respond to the inquiries within a day of receiving the email. The emails are mainly concerning questions our customers may have about our products. Therefore, the VA must have a good understanding of our products and how to answer any questions our customers may have.
Thanks to our VA, I will be able to focus on other important tasks while my customers can still get quick and accurate answers to their questions about our products.
