We are siom and we are new startup tech company and we need a Recruiter Manager for our us. This is a long term job.
We are providing you our company details, what type of skilled person we need in which categories and we mention the salary also. This will be a remote job of monthly or hourly based.
We will give you all necessary questions for every category. Like we need web developer, game developer, sound engineer, QC etc.
You need to sourcing candidate with proper experience and the age of candidate should be up to 30. He needs to be answer all of our questions. You have to sourcing the candidate and time limit is 10 days max.
You are going to take interview from native English speaker. No Asian allowed. You don't need to select them. We will select them. We need you to take interview of minimum 100 people and we will sort out from it. The more you will take interview the more chances to get our skilled person easily. You are going to ask 4-5 questions.
Your English skill should be good. As u are going to represent our company we need to know your English skill. You can record anything and send it to us.
