Wyoming-Based Virtual Assistant Needed

I'm seeking a virtual assistant based in Wyoming, USA.

Please others, (who does not lives in that state) don't waste your time bidding on this project

Basically you don't have to do anything (almost)! then why? All you just need to be my sleeping partner/staff in my company.

1st and most important: Address Sharing
I have registered a USA business in that state, but unfortunately it using agent address as my business address which is not good for many services i am going to use for. so, i need a dedicated address as my business address.
THIS IS WHERE YOU COMES IN.. i will use your home/residential address as my business address. Or even better if you have your own commercial/business address we can use that too.

2nd Document Sharing:
In some cases you will receive documents (and/or small parcel), you just need to scan the document and email to me. And yes for that you need to have a scanner. Mobile camera shot will not be acceptable. In case of parcel/products (will be small enough) you just need to ship to a different address (either in USA or to my home country)

3rd Attend Phone Call:
In some cases you may have to receive call from 3rd party and you need to respond them as you are one of my staff of my company. Most of the call will just to verify you as a partner/staff or the business address/number.

This Project, is just for the 1st step and one time support. For the 2nd and 3rd support you will be paid for each single support. For example, you will be paid for every single document you scan and email to me, likewise you will be paid every call you answer and respond.

Little Brief About Our Business:
We are a software development firm originated in Bangladesh, But we are opening a sub business in USA to have some facility in USA market. Mostly online/virtual service.
