Voice narrator text to speech with American Accent -- 2

I have a limited budget and I’m looking for someone who is not a voice over artist.

I’m looking for someone to record voice narration for a text that I already have the text is a PowerPoint presentation so I’m looking for someone who has an American accent and can’t read the text in an engaging way to turn the PowerPoint to an online course.
