Virtual assistant w/ prior experience

Hi, I am looking for very low priced service provider with experience in a different company.
Why? I need this person to be excellent at communicating, virtual assistant rockstar and able to delivery with no less quality and high quality.
Need someone from english speaking countries.
The work is confidential and cannot use for portfolio work or any other image.
Need the lowest priced proposal. Set 2$ per hour to show low price and you read the job. But I will do fixed price.
Workload:
1) about 1-2 hours of data entry.
2) Checking formatting of ~250 document which was imported to the website
