Virtual assistant (manage the entire project activities)
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
This is a long-term work opportunity.
I'll be sharing a variety of tasks - excel based, browser based, or application/software based. The tasks will be pretty simple to learn or understand.
Your work load will increase over time as I go on assigning you more and more work.
You need to be/have:
- full day availability (not for someone who will soon leave this project for other work or will take this up only part time as per their availability. certain tasks will require you to take it up almost immediately.)
- stable and fast internet connection. Many of the times you'd be working on remote machines and for that you need stable and fast internet connectivity.
- latest OS and fast PC (you need to use latest (original not pirated) version of windows 10. or Linux/Mac too works. with latest OS updates installed but your PC needs to be fast.)
- good excel skills with knowledge of at least the following keyboard shortcuts or willingness to learn the shortcuts (filter records, select all records by row, select all records by column, select entire row, select entire column, cut paste rows / columns)
- if you know touch typing (typing without looking at the keyboard) it will be most preferred
- good organization skills (you'll document the process steps related to various activities of work for your own reference, you'll organize any files shared for quick retrieval, or any other artifacts)
- confidentiality (some tasks might give you access to confidential information like passwords. you need to ensure that you don't store it locally anywhere. but you can save in in the password manager on the remote machine)
- good english communication skills
- alertness of mind and accuracy in work
- availabiltiy on call (you'd frequently be required to be on call while we are discussing tasks or while you are going about it.)
- willingness to learn new skills if required
- transparency, honesty and integrity (last but the most important. if you don't posses them don't even think of applying for this project)
