Virtual assistant for Amazon store

I am looking for a virtual assistant to assist with my Amazon store. The ideal candidate should have experience with customer service and communication. In addition, inventory management and tracking are required.
Tasks:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Updating inventory management and tracking system
- Processing orders and overseeing order fulfillment and shipping
Skills and experience:
- Experience with Amazon store management
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience
- Attention to detail and ability to manage inventory and shipping logistics
Estimated workload:
- 10-20 hours per week
