Virtual assistant/Sales manager for a seasonal holiday online store

We are looking to hire a virtual assistant who can help coordinate activities for an online store, including printing shipping labels, sending to the shipping team, post it on social media websites, and respond to customer messages. Additional remuneration for sales generated as well. Looking for 3 months. Expected to spend around one hour a day
