Virtual assistant French required

Hi,
I would need a person to fetch potential customers, send emails, generate templates for the services provided by the digital agency (which are branding and identity, Digital marketing, App development, website design and development).

The freelancer will do search for potential leads in Canada, and USA and continue all the steps related to converting prospects to clients. French knowledge written and spoken is required.

All contacts, email and day to day activities should be recorded. It will require real plan how the freelancer will attract local clients and best manage customer service.

Budget for first month is very limited as the website is just started, and no activity yet.
