Virtual assistant

I am in need of a virtual assistant to help me with administrative tasks. I am looking for someone who can efficiently and accurately complete these tasks within one month. It is important to me that this person be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to take initiative. I anticipate needing the virtual assistant to work less than 10 hours per week. All tasks must be completed in an organized and timely fashion. Experience in working remotely is a plus.
