Virtual assistant

I'm a entrepreneur and would like to hire a freelancer to help with daily tasks.

The freelancers need to have good references and be disciplined, trustful and autonomous. My goal is to delegate tasks and not have to double check constantly.

I'm basically looking for a right-hand to help me in my daily tasks and who can manage other freelancers to hire when needed.
This is basically a long term job that can become permanent, Ideally 20-40 hours per week but we can discuss that.
