Virtual Receptionist for Cleaning Company
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
Must be able to work Sydney Australia time 9am to 5pm
My growing domestic & commercial cleaning service needs a reliable virtual front office. The very first priority is answering every inbound call promptly and ringing back new enquiries so we never miss a lead. I route calls through a cloud-based number that can forward to whatever soft-phone or device you prefer, so you only need a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
Beyond the phones, I’d like you to act as my day-to-day admin hub. Typical duties include preparing and emailing quotes, taking card payments, issuing QuickBooks invoices, updating the cleaners’ rota, posting light content to our Facebook and Instagram pages, and sending the weekly Mailchimp newsletter. We use jobber for scheduling and invoicing
Deliverables I measure:
• Calls and new enquiries answered or returned within ten minutes during business hours
• Quotes sent the same day the request is received
• Invoices and payments recorded in QuickBooks without errors
• Cleaners’ schedule kept current and visible to the team
• Two short social posts per week and one Mailchimp campaign per month
If you have solid phone etiquette, are comfortable inside QuickBooks and Mailchimp, and can juggle a small team’s calendar without drama, you’ll fit right in. Let me know your experience, the hours you can cover (AEST), and the tools you already use for VoIP and task tracking.
