Virtual Personal Assistant Needed

Applications are invited from virtual assistants that fulfill the following requirements.
1. Available full time during Mountain Time
2. Equipped home office with at least 30MBPS broadband internet and minimum 5Gen Desktop or equivalent
3. Professional, quiet environment
4. Exceptional English language skills
You are required to provide the following files/information for us to process your application further.

2. You have just received an offer of $2M for a business we have listed for sale at $2.9M. Draft an email informing the client that their offer is too low.
3. You have just received a notification about a client interested in a liquor store we have listed for sale. Record an imaginary audio conversation with the client (you can use arbitrary details about business). Purpose of the call is to set up a call with the prospect where your supervisor will share more details about the business with the prospect buyer. Record using any device/app and send the link.
