Virtual Executive Assistant & Project Manager Wanted -- 2

Job ID: 40021079

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

Weekly pay - Part-Time/Contract

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Virtual Executive Assistant (VEA) to support a busy, multi-venture entrepreneur. This role requires an adaptable individual capable of managing diverse projects, including executive scheduling, complex travel logistics, digital marketing (SEO/ASO), and creative production.

This is a contract position starting at approximately 10–15 hours per week, with potential for increased hours as projects scale.

Key Responsibilities
The VEA will be responsible for a unique mix of administrative and project-based tasks, grouped into four core areas:

1. Executive Support & Logistics Management
Complex Calendar Coordination: Manage and synchronize appointments across multiple calendars, balancing a full-time remote job schedule with a competitive poker tournament schedule (a critical, high-stakes commitment).

Travel Management: Proactively research, book, and manage domestic and international travel logistics for both personal remote work and tournament attendance (flights, lodging, ground transport).

Corporate Liaison: Handle communication with the full-time employer to request and secure necessary time-off accommodations for tournament periods.

2. Digital Business & Marketing Execution
App Development Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the principal and development teams for two apps currently being built; track milestones and ensure clear communication.

App Sale Preparation: Compile necessary data (downloads, revenue, user metrics) to prepare for the sale of two existing, successful apps on the App Store.

SEO/ASO Management: Execute ongoing App Store Optimization (ASO) and general Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies across all digital assets (apps and books) to improve visibility and organic traffic.

3. Creative Project Management
Book Production Pipeline: Research, vet, and contract professional editors and illustrators/designers for two completed book manuscripts.

Production Oversight: Manage the workflow and deadlines with creative contractors, ensuring manuscripts move smoothly through editing, design, and image integration toward publication readiness.

4. Property & Inventory Administration
Remote Unit Support: Maintain master inventory lists for rental property units.

Restocking Coordination: Proactively monitor and coordinate restocking of supplies and inventory (e.g., linens, consumables) for the property cleaner/manager to ensure seamless turnover.

What You Must Bring
Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Project Manager.

Mastery of Logistics: Exceptional skill in managing complex, multi-layered schedules and travel.

Digital Fluency: Practical experience or strong familiarity with SEO/ASO principles and the app development lifecycle.

Discretion: Utmost professionalism in handling highly confidential business, financial, and personal information (including high-stakes poker activity).

Proactivity: The ability to anticipate needs and act without explicit instruction—a true problem solver.

Compensation
Payment: Competitive rate based on experience, paid weekly via milestones.
