Virtual Commercial Refrigerator Repair Assistant

I need on assistant who is on Professional Commercial Refrigerator Repair Person.
I need to repair my commercial refrigerators and freezers ( we are in the food business ) and don’t want to call service for repair, they are always making repair that is not necessary just to make more money.
We have about 20 units to do repair.
We have all tools and necessary parts for repair or we get them as we needed.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Refrigerant is leaking / we know, that is leaking, it is slowly loosing temperature or run more as usually
We can find leak with detector, now we need to refill and we see how long it take to lose temperature. Than we can call service to close ONLY A LEEK/ [ if we don’t tell them what is wrong, they will replace bunch a parts, to make more money / THAT WHAT WE NEED TO ELEMINATE!
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT JOB IS:
1, We send you Manufacturer Label sign picture, Compressor Manufacturer Plate picture, and you let as know how many ounce Refrigerant unit need [ most of time is listed on Manufacturer Plate, sometime compressor is replaced, NOW YOU NEED TO FIND OUT ONLINE by checking manufacturer info / THAT HOW REPAIR SERVICE DO IT NOW.
2, Need assistance to refill missing quantity of refrigerant
3, Need assistance to diagnose unit, when same parts need to be replaced. We get all parts from Refrigeration Store, that carry all parts, so here is no problem.
WORK TIME for virtual assistant: available between 8am to 6pm as we both can agree.
All work should be done over freelancer video call, so English is necessary
