Virtual Career Skills Facilitation

Job ID: 40092100

Budget: $15 – $25 AUD

I’m planning a series of live, online workshops aimed at young professionals who are taking their first serious steps into the job market. The program will run entirely through virtual sessions, so every element—from ice-breakers to breakout-room exercises—needs to translate smoothly over Zoom, Teams, or an equivalent platform.

The content must cover three core areas:
• Resume building – practical, results-focused advice that helps participants tailor CVs to different roles and industries.
• Interview preparation – guidance on answering competency questions, storytelling techniques, and handling video interviews.
• Networking skills – strategies for building authentic connections on LinkedIn and at virtual events.

I’ll rely on you to design the session flow, create slide decks and digital handouts, and facilitate the workshops live. Recordings, printable take-away worksheets, and a brief post-session summary for each cohort should round out the deliverables.

Success to me means participants leave with an updated résumé draft, a personal interview prep checklist, and a concise networking action plan they can implement immediately. If you’re comfortable energizing a virtual room and turning theory into practice, I’d love to see how you’d structure the program and any sample materials you can share.
