Virtual Assitant Position

I am looking for a virtual assistant to answer inbound phone calls for our heavy call volume answering service. We work with many different transportation companies and our job is to answer the calls in a timely manner and book reservations/modify existing reservations/give quotes/etc. Must have excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills with very good command of the english language.
