About the Role:
We’re hiring Virtual Assistants to support a high-volume video content project using InVideo. This is a simple task — you’ll be entering prompts or short text into our InVideo account, and the platform will generate the video clips automatically. No editing or video production experience is required, although it’s a bonus if you have it.
We’ll be producing hundreds of clips per week, so we need reliable, efficient team members who can follow instructions and deliver consistent results. We also have ongoing admin, data, and general VA tasks available for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Create video clips using our InVideo account by inputting prompts/text
Ensure each clip meets quality guidelines (we’ll provide examples)
Submit clips on time and communicate clearly if any issues arise
Handle repetitive tasks with care and consistency
Requirements:
Fast and accurate with simple video generation tasks
Detail-oriented and able to follow clear instructions
Good communication skills and reliable availability
Previous experience with InVideo or similar tools is a plus but not essential
