Virtual Assistant with great social media skills

Hi,

I am looking for a part-time virtual assistant that can help with following tasks:

- Social media management and optimization: Someone who knows how to optimize Youtube, FB and IG accounts and get as much exposure
- Clients reaching out and following up by email and text
- Calendar management
- Some bookkeeping
- Great graphic design skills
- Bonus if you know how to use Shipstation

I need someone that I can rely on to get tasks done and help me get organized so I can focus on other tasks, someone who has great ideas and don't need to be micromanaged.
