Virtual Assistant - $1000 to $2000 per month
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
We are a Marketing/Graphic Design/Website Design/Advertising Agency located in the province of Alberta, Canada.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to work between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm (10 hours a day), Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) for 60 hours per week at the rate of $4 per hour.
This works out to between $1040 and $1080 per month depending on weather the month has 30 days or 31 days.
We will also offer a commission on sales which has the potential to more than double your income.
The work will include the following:
- Provide customer service and support
- Reach out to potential customers via phone
- Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar
- Make business purchases and deal with vendors
- Handle financial matters such as expense reports
Skills required:
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar
- Previous work experience in an agency environment is an asset
