Virtual Assistant needed- part time

Looking for a Virtual Assistant.
This is a Part time position(probably longer term)

Some requirements I am looking are below:

- have a very calm and patience nature
- have good wifi connection
- have their pc or laptop
- have a skype account for communication
- should be available for call over skype for updates
- managing online social accounts, messaging, researching topics online
