Looking for a solutions based personal assistant who is efficient and possesses great interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, and MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK. I need someone to answer airbnb messages, and be my personal assistant for personal and business matters such as coordinating technicians for repairs to managing the cleaners to making personal appointments and other phone calls on my behalf.
Messages come in very sporadically you’re, more or less, on watch during working hours. You likely will not work more than 3-4 hours a day on average. That said, please don’t make a decision based on thinking that you’re only going to work some of the time. I do expect you to be fully available during every shift.
Must have iPhone or Mac
The hours would be 8am - 5pm 6 days a week California time
Pay is $800 USD a month.
