Virtual Assistant & lead generator required by Advertising Photographer
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I'm looking to hire a virtual assistant to help with lead generation by sending targeted emails to potential clients.
ME:
I'm an advertising photographer based in Melbourne, Australia who specialises in creating high end imagery for the brands who engage advertising agencies to create their advertising material.
WHAT:
I'm looking for someone that can carry out targeted lead generation by sending introductory emails sharing my work to people in the advertising industry to help initiate conversation as a starting point. Attached is an example PDF of what you'd be sending along with the introduction.
These target people fall under 3 main job titles, and we'll be targeting people in the advertising agencies based in Sydney, Brisbane & the Gold Coast first, before starting to look overseas.
I can write a series of emails to choose from so it doesn't appear repetitive if sent to multiple workers at one workplace, but you'll need to research whom to send them to using Linkedin based on the parameters I have given you.
As time passes you'll circle back to try and re-engage those you had previously emailed - sharing the latest work we have created in a PDF format.
I'd create a secondary email address for you from my business domain, and you'd be sending the emails from that platform, using Streak as the CRM system to keep on top of whom we have reached out to.
YOU:
You're an experienced PA that has lead generation & Linkedin stalking experience.
It's essential that you have the problem solving and research skills to establish who the both major multinational and large independent advertising agencies are in any given city - and whom the employees are in particular roles. Once this is established you'll then need to work out the contact email address - and then send out the email.
If you have experience in working in advertising this is an advantage as you'll understand how these companies are structured and operate.
