Virtual Assistant for e-commerce operation

In order to streamline my business operations, I'm looking for a dedicated virtual assistant to efficiently manage select tasks on a daily basis for an indefinite period.
I will provide you with written procedures and the tools to complete the tasks, but you need to have some experience in using the tools.
You need to:
-Be proficient in american English, little accent is acceptable..
-Manage photoshop (don't worry if you don’t have photoshop), grab a template that we already have and add an image on a layer and edit text layers.
-Go in the back end of our magento website, duplicate (push a button) a product, find all the info we will provide in a google sheet and folder for images
-Use Chat GPT to create the product description, then edit the text manually to optimize for SEO.
-Finish the product and set it to publish.
When there are no products to add to the website:
-Create and send newsletter.
-Cold call new leads and, call already existing leads a week.
-Social media management, creating posts and replying with comments.
-Use Chat GPT to generate a blog post for a certain product or category rich in keywords..
-Edit the post and add the backlink to the perfect page at ledradiant.com
-Find blogs related to commercial, industrial, government buildings improvement and find the way to publish the articles.
-Call customers to remind them that if they need anything in commercial lighting we are ready to help.
-Other similar tasks as needed.
