Virtual Assistant for Used Car Lead Qualification

I'm in need of a dedicated virtual assistant, preferably from an agency, to help qualify leads for our used car sales. The work hours will be from 8am to 9pm UK time, which may require coordination across time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualifying leads on our CRM with a provided script
- Utilizing our ChatGPT service for assistance
- Collaborating with real staff when encountering difficulties
Training and Support:
- Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are equipped for the role
- Regular and ongoing service required
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in the motor trade is a significant advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus, but not mandatory as training will be provided
