I'm in need of a dedicated Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Recruiting and Human Resources for my startup company. The primary task will be sourcing developers from social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:
- Screening resumes
- Scheduling interviews
- Sourcing potential candidates ONLY from Twitter and Facebook

Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Strong social media presence and networking skills
- Prior experience in HR or recruiting, specifically in tech
- Resilient, proactive, and able to handle the fast-paced environment of a startup

Availability:
- Flexible, but with some specific hours aligned with US time zones
- Able to handle on-demand tasks as they arise

Communication:
- Primary communication will be through Slack
