Description:
An early stage UK-based medical cannabis clinic/pharmacy, is looking for a reliable and experienced Senior Virtual Assistant. This role involves managing team communications, tracking tasks, and working with the CEO to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
You will be the main point of contact for the team, and you’ll also help manage our project management platform (Monday.com) and oversee team performance. This role is remote but requires a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage tasks and team updates in Monday.com.
Set up and manage Zapier and automation tools for efficient workflows.
Track task progress and ensure all team members meet deadlines.
Communicate regularly with tech vendors to ensure automation tools are properly implemented.
Report weekly to the CEO with updates, progress, and any challenges.
Duration: 3 Months (32 hours per month)
This role starts with a 1-week trial to assess fit, followed by an ongoing 3-month engagement.
Required Skills:
Virtual Assistant experience: Previous experience in team coordination, tracking performance, and communication.
Automation: Knowledge of tools like Zapier, Calendly, and Monday.com.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Health/Tech Startup Experience: A plus but not essential.
