Virtual Assistant for Social Media Posting (Instagram + TikTok) – Captions, Uploads, Trending Audio + Light Video Edits

Hey there!
I’m looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant (VA) to help me manage and grow my presence on Instagram and TikTok. This will start as a 30-day trial, and if things go well, it can evolve into a long-term, ongoing collaboration!
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Upload 3 Videos Per Day for 30 Days
• I have a large library of about 1,000 pre-recorded videos in my niche.
• Your job will be to select and post 3 videos per day, every day, for 30 days.
• We need consistency, quality, and attention to detail!
2. Generate Captions Using A.I.
• Before posting, you'll run each video through an A.I. tool like ChatGPT or Gemini to generate fun, engaging captions.
• The first sentence must always be a question or a call to action to hook the viewer.
• Captions should be friendly, casual, and include emojis to match the tone of the platforms.
3. Get Captions Approved Before Posting
• You'll send me a Google Doc with all 90 captions for the 30-day batch to review and approve.
• To make things smooth, you can start by sharing a few sample captions so we’re aligned on the tone and voice.
4. Choose the Right Trending Music or Voice Audios
• I also need someone with real knowledge of social media trends who can choose the right trending songs or voiceovers that match the content.
• Some of the older videos in the library still have outdated audio, so you may need to swap the audio for something more current and algorithm-friendly.
• This is key for being part of the TikTok/Instagram algorithm and boosting organic reach.
5. Post on Instagram & TikTok
• Once captions are approved, you'll upload the content to my Instagram and TikTok accounts with the correct captions, hashtags, music, and tags.
• Bonus if you know the best times to post or have tools that help with scheduling and performance.
6. Basic Video Editing (Future Work)
• Most of the videos are already edited, but soon I’ll need some light editing work like adding text overlays, subtitles, or applying brand guidelines.
• If you know how to use Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere Pro, that’s a big plus!
