Virtual Assistant for Shopify Store (LONG TERM WORK)
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Hello,
I need someone to handle inventory management on Shopify and communicate with our warehouse team
Responsibilities:
1. Check each new order that comes in (make sure no items in the order is out of stock)
2. Make sure inventory is correct with warehouse team and correct it when its wrong
3. Create draft orders in shopify for customers
4. Make a late order spreadsheet of all orders that need urgent attention.
Hours:
8:45am CST to 4pm CST (hours vary based on demand but you will start at 8:45 daily Monday Through Friday)
Pay - $3 per hour
