Virtual Assistant for Research and Admin Assistance for Filmmaking purposes

I'm a filmmaker looking for a virtual assistant to help me with a lot of research. The research portion of this job will be heavy. That will be the primary function of your work. So, you need to know search databases like Nexus Lexus, etc very well. -- this role is best for someone with a librarians or research oriented background.
Most of the time you will be given a task like me asking you to find someone's contact information and it will be your job to hit the ground running and figure out how to complete the assignment without my help, no matter what it takes. So, being an independent worker who can meet strict deadlines is essential.
This will be a long-term permanent job - starting at around 15 hours per week. The hours can increase based on how well you perform at the beginning.
