Your role as a Virtual Assistant is to help generate new deals and financing opportunities.



SECTION 1 — DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your daily tasks will include:

1. Calling Community Banks

Goal: find lenders willing to finance rental properties.

You will gather:

• loan types
• interest rates
• credit bureau used
• contact information for loan officers.



2. Calling Property Owners

Focus on:

• pre-foreclosures
• distressed sellers
• absentee owners.

Goal: find owners who want to sell.



3. Wholesale Deal Follow-Ups

You will:

• follow up with sellers
• gather property information
• help lock up deals.

When calling banks say:
