Virtual Assistant for Real Estate

Looking for someone who can speak English fluently and understands real estate. Prefer at least 2 years experience must be able to hold a normal conversation, while obtaining information about the client and figuring out their goal. Must be able to Figure out their motivation to sell, how soon they want to sell and close, a ball park figure of how much they want, and what condition the home is in. Must be ambitious and have great follow up time, we prefer smiling faces and we strongly encourage positivity.
