I'm seeking a virtual assistant well-versed in print-on-demand eCommerce operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Possess excellent communication skills to handle any customer inquiries or complaints
- Order Fulfillment: Experience in order fulfillment. Familiarity with the check-out process, along with any returns or exchanges.
- Product Listing: Accurate and attractive product listing is crucial. Experience in Shopify, Etsy, SquareSpace, and Printify is highly desirable.
I anticipate this role will require less than 10 hours of work per week. Applicants with experience in similar roles will be preferred.
