I'm looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help with a variety of tasks related to Microsoft Digital Marketing and our weekly live events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for weekly live events by assisting with event planning, presentation preparation, and providing technical support.
- Send cold emails via Dynamics Sales.
- Manage and setup Microsoft Digital Marketing Campaigns, including content creation and optimization.
- Provide analytics and reporting on marketing campaigns.
- Update KPIs on a weekly basis.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft Technology trends.
- Utilize Copilot for productivity.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Microsoft Digital Marketing.
- Experience with event planning and logistics.
- Strong communication skills for cold emailing.
- Familiarity with AI tools, specifically Copilot.
- Ability to stay updated with Microsoft Technology trends.
- Excellent analytical skills for campaign reporting.
- Prior experience providing technical support during events would be advantageous.
