Your primary goal is to maximize the number of quality applications submitted daily while ensuring each application is tailored and appropriate for the position.
Candidate Profile (who you'll be applying for):
Senior Software Engineer with expertise in mobile application development
Additional proficiency in web application development
Targeting mid to senior-level roles (individual contributor or lead-level positions)
Seeking US-based remote contract positions (contract roles strongly preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant job postings on major US remote job boards
Review job descriptions to determine fit and relevance
Submit tailored applications using the candidate's Resume Generator tool
Apply to 50-100 positions per day
Maintain organized records of applications submitted
Track and document all submissions for commission tracking
Ensure applications are submitted from appropriate job sites and roles match the candidate's experience level
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in job searching or recruitment support
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong understanding of software engineering roles and terminology
Ability to assess job descriptions for relevance and fit
Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills

Compensation Structure
Commission-based: $1 USD per 15-20 applications submitted
Applications tracked automatically through the Resume Generator system
Commissions calculated monthly based on verified application submissions
Payment processed upon confirmation of submitted applications
