Virtual Assistant for Global Affiliate Outreach (English + [Portuguese/Japanese/German/Turkish/Arabic])

We are a fast-growing fintech company in the prop firm industry looking for motivated Virtual Assistants to support our global affiliate network. Your main role will be to help expand and manage our affiliate program by reaching out to potential affiliates, onboarding them through our official channels, and maintaining ongoing communications via WhatsApp.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct outreach to potential affiliates in your assigned language/country.
Onboard new affiliates using our landing page and UTM tracking system.
Manage affiliate communications and provide regular updates to the team.
Collaborate with the team to meet growth targets.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and [Portuguese/Japanese/German/Turkish/Arabic].
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with digital tools like WhatsApp and Google Workspace.
Previous experience in online outreach, social media, or affiliate programs is a plus.
