**Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with a deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook, as well as experience in lead follow-up via email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and video communication platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Conduct online research and compile reports
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook
- Create, schedule, and optimize content to increase engagement and reach**
- Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement**
- Follow up on leads via email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and video calls using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
- Handle data entry and document organization
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications:
- Laptop with Highspeed Internet required
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Expertise in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience in lead follow-up and client interaction via various communication platforms
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Knowledge of platform-specific algorithms, trends, and best practices**
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
