Virtual Assistant for US Developer Recruitment
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me source and screen part-time, remote full-stack developers who are already based in the United States. You’ll focus on all type of social platforms or jobsites for talent discovery, posting and refreshing our job ad there, and then short-listing suitable profiles.
Scope of work (initial, low-volume phase):
• Publish and maintain a concise job listing on Glassdoor that highlights JavaScript as a must-have skill.
• Review incoming applications daily, filtering for location (US only), availability (part-time, remote) and solid JavaScript proficiency.
• Compile a spreadsheet with top prospects, including résumé links, contact details and a one-line summary of why each candidate fits.
• Coordinate a brief introductory email to shortlisted candidates and pass interested leads back to me for the next interview step.
Please include relevant recruiting or virtual-assistant experience in your proposal. Familiarity with ATS exports or Boolean search tricks will be a plus, but I’m happy to guide you on the exact wording and workflow once we start.
