Virtual Assistant for Customer Support

We are searching for a Virtual Assistant to join and support our dynamic team for our customer support. The ideal candidate is who are charismatic and experienced as Customer Support Agents for E-Commerce / Dropshipping Stores.
Responsibilities:
- Reply to our customer request politely via Zendesk (Tool)
- Follow our customer support guidelines accordingly
- Work with online translator to translate german language into english
- Work with our Shopify stores. Check orders, create new orders, refund customers, etc.
- The more experience and understanding you have with the platform the better
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with customer support via Zendesk
- Basic Experience with Shopify
- High-speed internet connection
- Communication via Slack
