Virtual Assistant for Customer Service & Research
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm in need of a dedicated Virtual Assistant who can juggle multiple roles including Customer Service, Receptionist duties, and Information Collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Primarily via phone. Your role will be to handle inquiries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Receptionist Duties: You'll be the first point of contact. Your professionalism and communication skills will represent my brand to the world.
- Information Collection: Conduct research and gather relevant information as required.
Ideal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills: You should be articulate, friendly, and professional over the phone.
- Customer Service experience: Prior experience in a customer service role will be highly advantageous.
- Research skills: You should be able to efficiently find and collect relevant information.
- Time management skills: You should be able to manage multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
- Who can work in day time as per Mountain Standard Time zone
- English fluency must and Hindi/ Punjabi asset
