Tasks:
1.Order Management
• Create, process, and manage orders from our Shopify and other platforms, ensuring accuracy in product details and pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill orders efficiently and meet customer expectations.
2. Logistics Coordination
• Upload order details to couriers' portals for timely dispatch and shipment tracking.
• Follow up daily with couriers to ensure smooth transit and delivery of orders to customers.
3.RTO & COD Management
• Manage return to origin (RTO) processes and implement effective solutions to minimize returns.
• Oversee cash-on-delivery (COD) processes with couriers, ensuring accurate payment collection.
4. Data Management
• Update and maintain the master database with accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
Work Hours:
- Less than 40 hours per week
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in order processing and tracking
- Strong customer service skills
- Detailed Oriented
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Skills
- Familiarity with the process of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. UAE Experience is a plus
