I'm a successful coach looking to grow my business and need a Virtual Assistant to help with various tasks, about 5 hours a week. There is potential for growth in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- **Kajabi Management**:
- Building and maintaining landing pages
- Organizing email broadcasts and campaigns
- Managing contacts and tags
- Setting up and managing funnels and courses
- **Social Media Management**:
- Creating posts and Reels
- Scheduling and publishing content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- **Podcast Support**:
- Repurposing IG Reels into podcast/YouTube content
- Uploading content to Kajabi (using Streamyard, Apple Podcasts, Spotify)
- **Email Support**:
- Professional email support 1-2 times/month for purchase inquiries
- **Tech Support**:
- Live tech support for online workshops (1x/month on Zoom)
- **Calendly Management**:
- Basic feature set navigation
- **Hubspot**: Sales and Contacts management
- **Zapier**: Nice to have, but not required

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Kajabi, Squarespace, and Hubspot
- Strong social media content creation skills
- Basic tech-savviness, especially with Zoom and podcast platforms
- Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks
