Virtual Assistant for Blogging, Social Media, and Email Marketing

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience using AI tools to generate meta content for WordPress, social media, and email marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and uploading blog posts, while also using AI tools (with provided prompts) to generate meta titles, meta descriptions, and FAQs. This role also involves creating images with Canva Pro, scheduling social media posts using Publer, and communicating via Slack. Experience with MailerLite for email marketing is essential.

Responsibilities:

Blog Post Reviewing and Publishing: Review, edit, and upload provided blog posts to WordPress. Use AI tools (with provided prompts) to generate meta titles, meta descriptions, and FAQs. Format and optimize blog posts for SEO, including adding H1 tags, tables, internal and external links (which should open in a new window).

Social Media Content Review and Posting: Review and edit AI-generated social media content based on provided prompts. Use Canva Pro to create compelling images for these posts and schedule them using Publer.

Email Content Review and Sending: Review, edit, and send AI-generated email content (with provided prompts) through MailerLite.

Communication: Regularly update the team on progress and tasks via Slack.

Requirements:

Experience with WordPress and a solid understanding of SEO best practices.
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Experience with MailerLite for email marketing.
Proficiency in using Canva Pro for creating social media images.
Experience with scheduling tools like Publer.
Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT.
Excellent communication skills and experience with Slack.
