- Customer care
- First customer contact, including initial sales for courses and coaching
- Payment processing (refunds, partial refunds, adjusting billing durations, etc. on both PayPal and Stripe)
- WordPress, including fixing typos in the article, adding or removing users, adding or removing courses to accounts, etc.
Any experiece in the above is a plus.
