Virtual Assistant With Prior Experience

I am looking for a personal assistant to help me with the day-to-day tasks. Candidate must:

1) be able to work 9 am -5 pm Eastern time.
2) be fluent in English.
3) have experience in applications such as Ms office, Canva, web research
4) be proactive and go-getter, not afraid to call agencies to inquire about data not easily recovered online. (Must have access to apps that allow outbound calls to Canada)
5) prepare & design reports, presentations, social media content.

This job is 75% research & 25% presentation/design/other. You will be required to:
* perform in-depth research and present your findings
* Contact vendors to inquire about more information and establish relationships
* design email blasts (Mailchimp)
* edit audio/video content
* create & manage Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Youtube

THIS IS A SALARIED JOB PAID OUT ONCE A MONTH.

WE WILL BE WORKING CLOSELY TOGETHER THROUGHOUT THE DAY SO YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE THE BUSINESS DAY IN EST TIME ZONE.

ENGLISH MUST BE FLUENT AND HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION + PRESENTATION SKILLS.
