Virtual Assistant — Weekly Goal Review & Accountability Partner
Budget: $15 – $30 USD
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to assist with a recurring weekly review of personal and professional goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a 1-hour weekly session to review progress on goals
- Assist in planning and refining tasks for the upcoming week
- Provide general accountability and ensure tools are kept up to date
Details:
- Hours: 1 hour per week (recurring)
- Growth: The role has potential to expand to more hours and responsibilities over time
- Availability: You must be available at either 8:00 AM PST on Fridays or 5:00 PM PST on Fridays (or both)
- Tools: Familiarity with Notion, Todoist, and Google Sheets is a plus
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- VA experience required
- Experience with goal-tracking or accountability coaching preferred
