Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager...various skills and tasks

I am seeking a virtual assistant who is open to working on various administrative and creative tasks, including social media marketing. This is not just an SEO position. I am seeking someone who can receive a task list from me and follow through to completion. Examples would include, design and run a Mail Chimp campaign, clean up and organize my brand on social sites, increase traffic and ranking with SEO. And random assignments as a virtual office assistant.
