Virtual Assistant (Sales Workflow)

Hello! I'm looking for a virtual assistant who would be able to help me with sales workflow of my regional travel agency. I need someone who can monitor team's sales calls and aid in customer closing/retention. Specifically, they will be using a: CRM / Chat Dashboard, to track progress of leads, as well as carry out any other tasks necessary. Someone who is experienced and can think on their feet would be a great fit for this project.
