Virtual Real Estate Assistant - SMS & Phone Pre-Screener – Salary Plus Commission!
Job Description
This is a full-time STABLE virtual position for a sales representative to work for an established real estate investing business that specializes in purchasing distressed properties from motivated sellers. Earn commission on every deal closed!
You will use our software system to send outbound text messages, field and make calls to real estate prospects, and pre-screen and qualify incoming leads.
Job Requirements Include:
- Reliable Phone AND Internet Service.
- Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with PERFECT grammar.
- Phone sales experience – at least 1 year is required.
- Flexibility to work a 8 hour shift between 9 am – 6 pm, Monday- Friday (Eastern Time Zone) with some availability over the weekends.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette/rapport building;
- Quiet work space is a must.
- Must be driven and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in real estate is a plus but not required. Spanish is a plus but not required.
Job Duties Include:
- Use our online platform to send outbound text messages.
- Handle incoming calls from potential sellers to obtain information on their property.
- Follow up with potential sellers who were contacted in the past.
- Prescreen leads over the phone and send to our acquisition manager.
- Build rapport and identify the seller’s problem to solve.
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Hit weekly KPI (texts sent, calls made, talk time etc.).
- Manage a pipeline of prospects; respond in a timely manner.
- Use our client management software (Podio) daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed.
- Stay organized and switch to other tasks with ease.
- Work with an energetic team and have fun establishing rapport with sellers!
BENEFITS:
- Full-time Salary: $1,000 per month (paid bimonthly)
- Commission paid monthly: $200 bonus on every contract we close where you were the 1st point of contact with the seller.
- Additional discretionary monthly and annual bonuses.
